Fundamentals
All sales are subject to the following points:
- All product prices are quoted in Euros inclusive of VAT (10, 13 or 20%) and exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from us.
- Misunderstandings, ambiguities and mistakes can happen, even if we try to avoid them as much as possible. We will always do our best to solve problems together with you.
- All products sold by us may only be used within the framework of the laws applicable to you. We are not liable for any misuse of our products.
- The relevant laws in their current version apply.

Ordering
You can order in our webshop or visit us in person at our store at Liniengasse 29/2 in 1060 Vienna.
Orders in our webshop are binding.
Withdrawal
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of dispatch without giving reasons. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and these instructions.
To comply with the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the return request in text form (letter or e-mail) or to dispatch the goods in good time. You must contact us before returning the goods!

In the event of an effective exercise of the right of return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) surrendered. If the goods have deteriorated, compensation may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as would have been possible in a store, for example.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal are Live products (e.g. seeds) if their packaging or seal has been opened or broken. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Prices
The total amount is made up of the products ordered, the taxes levied on them and the costs for packaging and shipping (abbreviated to “shipping”). They are clearly visible in the shopping cart.
We expressly reserve the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect the current order and its payment - you always pay exactly the price you ordered. However, we reserve the right not to accept orders without giving reasons. If you are affected by this, we will of course notify you by e-mail.
If customs duties or similar charges are incurred on delivery to the specified address, these will be at your expense.
Payment
With us you can pay in advance (bank transfer). The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Shipping
The shipping costs are clearly displayed when you place your order.
As a rule, your order will be processed after receipt of payment. This means that delivery may take no longer than 2-7 working days, depending on your place of residence. In exceptional cases it can take up to 14 days. The shipping service provider is GLS. Your delivery may consist of several parcels, as some products are sent directly from the wholesaler or manufacturer.
We pack your shipment in a neutral cardboard box and ensure that it is highly resistant to breakage. Upon acceptance, you are obliged to check the parcel for transport damage. If the parcel is damaged, please do not accept it. We are not liable for damage caused by the transport company!
Website
All prices in Euro including VAT (excl. shipping). Excluding price changes and errors. Company logos and brands as well as their product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective company.
Unless otherwise stated, all product descriptions and photos come directly from the manufacturer, its wholesaler or BabaGenetics. The manufacturer's text has not been checked and we accept no responsibility for the manufacturer's product description. Images of products may not be used without the written consent of BabaGenetics.
We dissociate ourselves from the contents of the links that can be found on our website. The respective operators are responsible for their content.
Hemp ornamental plants
Our ornamental plants are to be used exclusively for botanical purposes. Artificial or natural lighting of at least 18 hours/day is required to prevent the formation of flowers and fruit.
However, should a customer intend to obtain narcotics from a plant offered by our store, this will constitute criminal liability under the Narcotics Act. If such behavior is recognizable for our sales team, we are unfortunately forced for legal reasons to deny the conclusion of a sales contract or to cancel an already concluded sales contract.
No sale to persons who have not yet reached the age of 18.
By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer undertakes not to use the ornamental plants purchased from our store for any unlawful purpose. Unfortunately, we cannot make a reservation without a down payment!
In the case of advance payment transactions, the advance payment is forfeited if the pre-ordered goods are not collected at the agreed time!
