Shipping and Packaging

Parcels are normally prepared no later than 1 day after receipt of payment. This means for seedlings that they are freshly cut and will wait for 2 weeks to develop perfect roots before getting shipped to you. All other goods will be packed and shipped the working day following the receipt of your payment.
Atandard shipping is by GLS with order tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a GLS shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.
shipping costs
Shipping costs include loading and packing charges as well as postage. Loading fees are fixed, but transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders and the shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package is shipped at your risk, but fragile goods are handled with extra care.

inside Austria its € 8,-
Orders above € 80,- inside Austria and above € 100,- to Germany are eligible for free shipping.

How long will it take for me to receive my cuttings?
As soon as we receive payment for your order, we’ll cut the cuttings fresh from our mother plants—unless they’re already rooted and in stock. It then takes a maximum of 2 weeks for optimal roots to form. As soon as the cuttings are perfect, we’ll pack them up and ship them out.
Of course, we only ship 100% healthy and well-rooted plants, and we place great emphasis on quality control for each individual plant before it is packaged.
Delivery in Austria takes place the next business day; in Germany, it takes 2–3 business days for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on a business day.
If there are already sufficiently rooted plants of the desired variety in stock, the 2-week wait until delivery does not apply.
